The training program is a combination of classical aerobics, step aerobics, callanetics
and pilates.
The training takes place in four stages
- warm up
- intensive part (cardio)
- work on a specific muscle group (thematic workout)
- stretching
It is suitable for people over 12 years of age who wish to reduce extra weight, lose
sentimetres, tighten and shape a beautiful body, or
simply need to move more.
